If you receive the incorrect products, Professional Supplements Australia accepts full responsibility and will either reimburse you within 48 hours, or resend the correct items.

Any opened goods will not be refunded, unless there is a problem with product quality. If we identify a problem with the goods a full refund (including shipping) will be made.

We do not refund based on personal taste alone please choose your flavours wisely.

If you wish to make a exchange or refund the returned goods must be unopened and in the original condition. All postage costs are payable by the customer.

All refund and exchange requests must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
